Search one county at a time or all 100 NC counties at the same time for the same low price!
The search fee will be applied every time the user submits a search by clicking on the search button. Each search will query the North Carolina Criminal Index maintained by the State and produce a list of criminal record matches for the name submitted. Users will be billed the search fee whether or not records are found for the name submitted. Declined credit cards will be charged in $25 increments until the total owed is recovered.
The case details fee will be applied every time the user clicks on the "View Details" button.
